Notice is hereby given that a hearing will be held at 6:30 PM, Monday, December 4, 2023 at the Town Office building, 488 Townhouse Road, Cornish, New Hampshire concerning a request by James & Diane Liggett for a Special Exception under Article IV,  Section C, 19a.  The applicant is requesting a Special Exception for Expanded Cottage Industry.

The applicant’s property is located at 973 NH Route12 A, Cornish, Tax Map 03, Lot 16 & Lot 38 in the rural zone.
