The CREA Bridge is open!

On Saturday, May 18th, the following volunteers came to finish the bridge, clean up and walk Alex’s Loop and remove branches from the trail.

Jim Fitch, Will Brown, Jim Barker, Jeff Plant, Linda Leone, Kelsey O’Connor, Maisie O’Connor Husband, Bob Taylor, Dick Gendron, Doug Freeland and Shealagh Crowley.

With the work done on May 4th, and the work this morning, the bridge is complete and looks great!  Scout Troop #332 under the direction of 

Leo Maslan will replace the handrail and add a small one to the ramp at the north end.

Thank you to everyone who came to help today as well as on May 4th to get this project completed!  What a great town we live in!!

The Cornish Board of Selectmen are accepting names for potential volunteers to serve on a temporary advisory committee called the Road Advisory Committee. The Committee will help the Town with recommendations on systems, maintenance, and planning.Interested full time residents can call the Town Office at (603)-675-5611, email, or leave name in person.Office hours are Mondays 12:30 to 8:30 PM, Tuesdays 8:30 to 4:00 PM, and Thursdays 9:30 to 5:00 PM.

The Town of Cornish, New Hampshire, is accepting applications for Truck Driver/Laborer positions. These are a year-round, hourly, full-time positions offering starting pay, commensurate with experience, with overtime, 80% health insurance, enrollment in NH Retirement, generous leave time, and paid holidays.
