The State of New Hampshire requires municipalities to adjust property values every five years with the goal of bringing all assessments to 100% of fair market value. The Town of Cornish has contracted with Avitar Associates to perform a town-wide update of property values. Cornish property owners will receive a letter from Avitar with instructions about how to view your updated tax card online. If you do not have access to the internet, and no one else is available to assist you, please contact the Town Office at 603-675-5611.

The letter also includes information about contacting Avitar for property owners who would like to review their assessment, feel an error exists, or have a specific question.
